Learning companies

The principle of the learning company is being developed based on the work of Chris Argyris. This concept, which also applies to teams, is rooted in learning from experience. According to David A. Garvin, a learning organization is defined as "an organization capable of creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge, and of modifying its behavior to reflect new knowledge" 1.

For this type of organization, it is crucial to conduct multiple experiments and share the results. Establishing a strong relationship with the company's user-customers is also vital to enhance the relevance of studies.
