The three levels of corporate mobilization

Mobilization is the outward manifestation of motivation, representing the level of energy dedicated to action.

Volition, a term frequently mentioned in texts about motivation, refers to the action that actualizes one's will. In other words, volition is the effect of the will1.

Mobilization encompasses the actions, behaviors, and volitions that arise from will, desire, and motivation.

In the workplace, mobilization can be categorized into three levels:

1. Satisfaction
2. Involvement
3. Commitment
