Social influences

Motivation theories alone are insufficient for defining methods to develop motivation. Merely understanding the mechanics is not enough to have an influence on them. It is within the realm of social influences that I aim to find answers.

To do so, it is necessary to examine group dynamics, interactions, and the reciprocal influences that occur. However, my focus is not on crowd dynamics, especially when it comes to building the Systemic Motivation model. Instead, I will concentrate on small groups and their mechanisms of influence, whether voluntary or unconscious.
