About Me

Alain Vanderbeke – Team Coach, Agile Facilitator & Creator of Systemic Motivation concept.
I’m Alain Vanderbeke, an experienced team coach and agile facilitator with a passion for understanding and nurturing what truly drives people in professional environments. With nearly three decades of experience leading teams and facilitating transformation, I’ve developed a deep belief: motivation isn’t just personal—it’s systemic.
My professional journey began in the fast-paced world of advertising and multimedia, where I managed creative and technical projects. This early exposure taught me the art of collaboration under pressure. Later, I explored the world of entertainment, working across cinema, theatre, and radio—industries where creativity, coordination, and trust are essential for success.
These experiences led me to a key question: what truly motivates people to work together effectively? My quest for answers took me deep into the fields of NLP, ICF-certified coaching, the NeuroCognitive approach, and therapeutic hypnosis. Each modality sharpened my understanding of how people think, feel, and choose to engage—or disengage—in teams.
Out of this journey was born the concept of systemic motivation and its practical framework: the M@W model (Motivat' at Work). This model helps leaders and teams create environments that foster sustainable motivation, clarity, and collective intelligence.
Today, I coach teams, support agile transformations, and guide organizations in embedding motivation into their systems and practices. I also share my insights through books, articles, and YouTube videos, where I explore the human side of teamwork, leadership, and change.
Whether you're a leader seeking to energize your team or a facilitator looking for fresh, practical tools—I'm here to help you unlock the power of systemic motivation.
