Feedback

I'm not going to return to this theme, which has already been developed in a previous chapter. What is important here is to remember that this performance feedback must be permanent between the different levels of the organization. Without this permanence, envisaged in any form whatsoever, the positioning of each entity will be transformed into a posture, seeking to impose its identity in the absence of any functional validation.

The game of postures is a dangerous one, playing on unspoken ideas and individual expectations. A team in collaborative mode can easily switch to cooperative mode, and inter-team relations turn into rivalry and competition.

Feedback is a reliable, factual transparency tool that helps to empower and mobilize all entities and players in the system.
